2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, weights and pricing. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to screen calibration settings or natural characteristics of the material.

All jewellery offered through Antraa Silver is crafted from 925 sterling silver with BIS hallmarking. Gram weights displayed are approximate ranges and actual weights may vary slightly per piece within the stated range.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation is final.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and supported digital wallets.
• Antraa Silver does not store any card or payment credentials on its servers.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Cancellations

An order confirmation does not constitute our formal acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@antraasilver.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not available; however, our returns policy will apply.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer free insured shipping on all orders across India.
• Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation, depending on your delivery location.
• International shipping is available on select items. Applicable charges and estimated timelines are communicated at the time of order.
• Antraa Silver is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events or government restrictions.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon successful delivery of the order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items returned in their original packaging.
• Items that have been worn, altered, resized, engraved or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
• To initiate a return, please email support@antraasilver.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

7. Wholesale and B2B Usage

Our product information is provided for personal, assisted buying and wholesale sourcing purposes. You may share product SKUs and shortlists for the purpose of placing orders with Antraa Silver. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Antraa Silver.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, product photographs, logos, designs, graphics and software, is the intellectual property of Antraa Silver or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Account Responsibility
